I bought this for my flower girl and she looks oh so adorable! I can not wait to see her walk to the aisle! Soon as I bought the dress the service was AMAZING! They were super friendly and got it to me quick!

The dress was absolutely gorgeous! Very well made. The only thing better than the dress was the customer service and professionalism. They went above and beyond to make sure they keep me as a customer. I will DEFINITELY order from them again!

If you want something a bit different to your typical prom dress then this is the dress. My daughter looked absolutely stunning in it. It was very simple but very elegant. The quality of the dress was great and my daughter was very happy with the dress.

The dress is absolutely beautiful! The quality is amazing and it looks even better in person than in the photos. The sparkle and layers make it look so elegant and princess-like. My daughter loved it and felt so special wearing it. We received so many compliments!

Customer service was also wonderful. They followed up on my order and kept me updated immediately with very polite messages, which I really appreciated. It made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I would definitely order from them again!

The dresses we received were made very poorly and not at all worth the $111 we paid. The fabrics were wrong the belt was wrong, studs were missing, 3D petels were falling off, and they was covered in blue pen. Princessly said they were built by an amateur sewer and had a senior sewer remake them. The new ones were much better, but the quality control and training departments obviously have problems, because the first dresses should should never have been made so poorly to begin with or have passed the final inspection.

Edit: I was not planning to leave this review because Princessly did eventually solve the problem, but Princessly reached out to me and ask that I leave a review, so I thought it was important to provide honest feedback. When they received my review, they reached out and offered to pay me to change it from a two start to a five star review.

We ordered this dress for the flower girls for my daughter’s wedding. The girls looked beautiful! The dresses were very well made and were stunning in person, the top was a bit loose, so we pinned them and used the clear strap that came with them.

I love my dress. I was nervous ordering online for such an important event, but it fits perfectly. The lace up back is exactly what I was looking for, and the beading is beautiful. Customer service was excellent in asking all of my questions, and they kept in touch during the process to verify things like sizing and my satisfaction with the lace pattern. There are 8 layers to the skirt so be ready for a lot of steaming.
