Dress was gorgeous.
I ordered a custom made dress for my son’s wedding. It says it was delivered on June 10th. I never received the dress. I contacted both Princessly and my local post office and neither could help me. Because they ship from China the Post Office will not insure the packages. Princessly could have offered to send me a new dress but they took my money and didn’t offer a refund nor a dress. I am a month away from a wedding having to find another dress and spend more money. Customer service with them has been extremely disappointing and poor.
The dress was amazing! Everything we could have asked for. It was made very well and stood up to a 14 month old in it for most of the day! She looked amazing and loved her dress - might also add it was the spitting image of my dress so that added to it.
I was so thrilled with the way this dress turned out. It fit my flower girl perfectly. She did not need any alterations (I ordered custom size). It was delivered on time and the quality is excellent. It is made like a sample dress. It was fully lined, and had a built-in petticoat. I did add a little extra netting to make it fuller because I wanted the skirt very poufy. The company was really helpful when I was ordering, and answered all of my questions very quickly. I asked for a couple of design changes and they were able to make those for me. It was an exceptional dress!

The dress was called a mini but was very long. When I tried to return it,they said the shipping would cost more than dress. I had to eat 200$. I would never recommend anyone buy a dress here.
The dress is way to long for me had to put in the cleaner to get it cut off. It’s just like the picture I love that it has pockets A very beautiful gown

My daughter was the flower girl in a wedding. When the bride sent me this link, I figured it would be quality but had no idea just how amazing it was going to be. Durable fabric, I steamed the wrinkles right out with no problems. Super fluffy bc they did not skimp on the underneath filler. My daughter was comfortable in it too. It’s heavy on the hanger but no problems at all with it! Quick shipping too! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in the market for a nice dress!
Would’ve gave 5 stars but one of the sleeves ripped and the string in the back was too short so I had to go to the fabric store to buy something else to lace the dress up in the back. Other than that it was beautiful. I wasn’t sure what size to get. I’m normally a 14 but I ordered a 16 to be safe and it fit.

The material is decent quality, not too thin and not too stiff. I like the dress itself. But, I ordered based off the sizing chart to fit my chest and it’s too big. I need it for next weekend so I will not have time to have it altered
Loveeee this dress!! Form fitting but very comfortable as well! Train is a bit longer than I excepted but I will get it hemmed. Great material but not too heavy. Definitely very sexy and comfortable
There was NO FEE to get these lovely dresses shipped to us ASAP when we realized we'd had an oversight and needed them right away.
This dress was everything I hoped for! It had pockets, was long, but also had the inner skirt which was as perfect.
It was a little tight around the arms, but I’m bigger up top, so might be the perfect fit for smaller armed women. You may want to size up as well, if you are big chested, because I had to have mine altered because there wasn’t enough fabric in the upper back area. Otherwise it was absolutely perfect and I enjoyed wearing it! Would love to get more in some other colors.

I’m wearing the IDIFU Platform Heels so the dress doesn’t touch the ground but the side piece of the dress is longer so it does drape on the ground. The slit on the dress doesn’t go up extremely high, but I would be careful moving around.
Also, the back of the dress doesn’t have a lot of give, so be careful bending your back too much forward. Hope this review helped!
